At Blok Design Co. we’ve been styling Brisbane properties since 2016. Our job is to capture the imagination of buyers and make them fall in love with your property. Recognising that buyers are buying a lifestyle is so important and being completely versatile as stylists is the key to delivering this vision for buyers. You will never see us style two properties in the same way.



Brisbane buyers have become really discerning in recent years. With the exception of ‘knock downs’ buyers expect homes to be shown in their best light. They need to be clean, clutter free and show how the spaces could be used/lived in.

We work with the McGrath Bulimba team to make the most of each and every property. There is no one-size fits all approach. Our talented, trained interior designers look at the layout, fixtures and finishes of the property and install a look to either compliment your existing furniture or to fill an empty property.



We’ve always know that the homes we style sell faster and for a better result than un-styled properties but recently we’ve been able to confirm that knowledge. Staging can increase your property value by up to 10%^. With potential returns like this your property really needs to look it’s very best.

Take our stunning listing, 66 Newman Ave, Camp Hill, for example. This stunning contemporary new build will make a splash when it hits the market this week. We have made an impact with large-scale furniture pieces and custom art across the homes three indoor living rooms and installed a 10 seater marble topped dining table to show off the expansive dining area.

The scale and grandeur of this house called for statement art and we collaborated with local artist – Heather Hawkins of Hawk Creative who produced the artwork showcased in the parents’ retreat. There are 6 other one-off pieces of art in the house sourced from our extensive collection of local artists. We believe in supporting local and making a statement with art rather than filling properties with mass-produced prints.



One of the most common questions that we get asked is ‘How much does styling cost?’. As an average we find the best level of investment in styling is approximately .5% of the property price. We style properties of all styles and budgets and won’t let you overinvest.
